Rate Schedule. Customer/Renter agrees to the rates as quoted. All sales are final upon receipt of product(s).

Testing the equipment(s). Customer/Renter will always have the opportunity to examine and test the Equipment to determine that the rented Equipment is in good working order. Customer/Renter may test the Equipment at the rental facility, on location, or at another place.

No warranty or guaranty. Except as provided by the law, Equipment is rented to the Customer/Renter without warranty or guaranty of any kind, expressed or implied, and the Rental Company assumes no responsibility unless agreed to in writing.

Liability. Customer/Renter is responsible for loss, theft or damage from any cause whatsoever incurred while in possession of any rental equipment during the term of this contract. Customer/Renter authorizes PBase Media Ltd. to charge credit card listed on rental contract for loss or any/all damages. Customer/Renter will be billed for repairs or replacement, including parts and accessories. Damage also includes marking or labeling of rental equipment.
It is understood and agreed that Customer/Renter understands how to operate equipment and is responsible for notifying PBase Media Ltd. during the rental period of any equipment malfunctioning or related operational problems to be considered for any price adjustment. Extension of rental period/dates must be confirmed by 3:00 PM of the last original rental day to insure availability of the equipment(s).

Payment Terms. Rental invoices and loss and damage invoices are payable upon receipt of invoice and not later than net 10 days. Payments due for 30 days or more shall be considered past due. For each month or part of a month thereafter, a past due or late charge may be assessed, which Customer/Renter is expected to pay. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, company check, Debit Card, Visa, Master Card. Payment that is outstanding for any reason will be billed to the credit card of record.
If payment is made by check, the Customer/Renter agrees to pay a service charge of $25.00 or 5% of order total, whichever is greater, if the check is returned by bank. In addition, the Customer/Renter agrees to pay any and all court costs, attorney fees, and any other collection costs.

Cancellation Terms. If cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours of scheduled rental start date, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24 hour cancellation notice prior to rental start date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. A 100% charge will apply for orders cancelled on the rental start date.

Returning and late Return. All equipment(s) must be returned by 10:00AM of the next business day after the last rental use day. Any item(s) returned to PBase Media Ltd. after the agreed upon “return by date/time” as listed on the agreement will incur one addition daily charge for each 24 hour period thereafter. In the event that the Customer/Renter returns the equipment before its due date, no credit or refund will be issued.
In the event that the Customer/Renter returns the equipment late, it is assumed that the rental period has been extended and a new rental period has occurred. Therefore, unless the Renter has notified PBase Media Ltd., the rental period will be extended and the Renter is responsible for all appropriate charges to extend the rental.

Ownership. The equipment's ownership shall remain with the Customer/Renter at all times during the rental period.

Entire Agreement. The signed Rental Contract or verification of these Terms & Conditions by web site check box constitute the entire agreement between Customer/Renter and the PBase Media Ltd. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
