Q1 : What equipments do you rent?
We rent following equipments : Digital Cameras Computer Projectors DLP Projectors DVD Players Data PowerPoint Projectors LCD Displays LCD Projectors Microphones PA Systems Plasma Displays Screens Stands Tripods Video Multimedia Projectors Wireless and Lavaliere Microphones

Q2 : How can I place an order?
You can place an order either through our website or by phone at 604 569-1416 However, online order placement is recommended.

Q3 : How can my company set up an account with
Please contact us by phone or at info@presentationsolutions.ca and we’ll send you out an account application form. Most applications are processed within 48 hours.

Q4 : Should I order the equipment in advance?
We recommend you that place your order as soon as you know what equipment you need. we do offer both same day and next day services. However, Same day service is subject to equipment availability.

Q5 : What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted forms of payment include: Credit cards(Visa/MC), cash/cashiers check, company check and Paypal which is an online payment using your credit card or bank account.

Q6 : How will I receive my equipment?
You can pickup it up at our store or if requested it will be delivered to you by our staff, directly to your home, office, or meeting location.

Q7 : Will I be extra charged If you deliver equipment the day prior to my rental date?
Most often we deliver equipment the day prior to your rental date for no additional charge. This gives you the advantage of setting up for your event or pre-practice your presentation.

Q8 : What if I have trouble with my equipment or it doesn’t work?
All equipment is tested before we deliver it to you. However, if you do have an equipment problem, you can reach a "" KeenART Media "" technician for help by calling 604 569-1416. If we cannot fix the problem, we will replace your rental equipment by the quickest means possible – even if that means renting equipment from another company

Q9 : Do you offer technician services for setting up or running the equipment?
Yes. The hourly rate for our technicians is $75 per hour.

Q10 : How do I know what type of equipment is right for me?
There is a short description about each piece of equipment on our website. You may read Technical Question section for more information. Moreover, our customer service associates and technicians are ready to help you to choose the right equipment for you. Just send us an email to info@presentationsolutions.ca.

Q11 : How can I change or cancel a previously placed order? . Will I be charged for a cancellation?
Please give us a call at 604 569-1416 or e-mail us at info@presentationsolutions.ca to change or cancel your order. You may cancel your order with 72 hours notice prior to the beginning of your rental period for any reason and receive either a refund or a credit towards a future order. Any cancellations made the same day as the rental date will not be eligible for a credit or refund. This includes cancellations for orders placed the same day as your rental date.

Q12 : Do you offer monthly rates for equipment?
We may have a monthly rate depending on the type of equipment . Please give us a call at 604 569-1416 to discuss your needs.

No.

Unfortunately no repair services but we we do sell equipment specially Multimidia projectors and screens.
